timing chain/belt for 07 jetta 2.5?

ok so i have been lost in space for the last two years since ive been on here now i need to get back in action plus get some help here ok here it goes....
i got a 2007 jetta 2.5L i need to know if it has a timing chain or belt ? and where can i get a kit to change it out?
i am cranking up to 85,000miles now and figure it would be smart to not destroy the engine its still running strong tho
